If you need an image designed from scratch, you will need to purchase a non-refundable design fee. Please reach out to us for this.
Digital Mocks: We will create a digital mockup of your custom item. Please note colors may be different from one screen to the next and from the computer to the final product. Please allow up to 3 business days.
Real-Life Mocks: We will create your custom product and take a photo for you to use. Please allow up to 7 business days.
Mock fees will be credited towards the purchase of the item the mocks are for. If mocks are the ONLY thing on your order, select PICKUP at checkout in order to waive shipping cost. *NO PHYSICAL ITEM WILL BE SENT TO YOU*
