Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, incorrect, missing, etc. contact us within 7 business days of delivery of your order. Pictures of damaged/incorrect items must be sent. Please read over the care card provided with your order. Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for replacement. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final. 

Sometimes life happens, we get it. In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. You will be refunded minus 10%. Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for refund/cancellation. *Custom orders are not refundable.
